How do I complete the online check-in?
You will automatically receive an online check-in link with your reservation confirmation.

Did you book via Booking.com, Airbnb, or another platform?
If you experience any issues with the online check-in, please provide a private email address, as the link is not always transmitted correctly.

Guest card

Guest cards can only be issued after completing the online check-in in advance.
The guest cards will then be provided digitally. Please make sure to check in online as soon as possible to enjoy numerous benefits and discounts.
